If you are dissatisfied you may return any unused merchandise and request a full refund. Products kept for over 15 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Some products may have a restocking fee of 14% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Maxi-Med, LLC at the customer’s expense. Maxi-Med, LLC will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance to ship date to qualify for a refund. We cannot get to the Policy Page, so we do not know if this change has been implemented.
